If Science is the heart of what we do, and the Vektor™ platform is the backbone, Opera's Insight Bureau is the circulation system. It ensures a continual flow of recommendations, performance-related reporting, and support to our customers, and gathers the feedback that we reinsert into our adaptive learning engines to improve model performance. The Bureau ensures that Vektor's stream of analytically enriched guidance is brought to any customer insertion point, minimizing operational disruption or customer IT investment. It ensures initial integration and onboarding for Vertical Solutions, and provides ongoing support for all of Opera's Vertical and Enterprise Solutions. Using a combination of scalable, automated capabilities plus human monitoring and intervention, the Bureau:- Ensures data and output quality, handling any exceptions
- Provides custom and performance-related reporting
- Identifies and tests additional opportunities for customers to profit from their Big Data flow, including rapid generation of Test and Control scenarios and post-test adjustment of testing criteria
- Ensures continuous feedback and insertion into Adaptive Learning models
