Careers & Professional Development: Interview Process Overview

The purpose of the interview process is to test your ability to think analytically and creatively, as well as to assess your fit with the Opera Solutions culture. Problem-solving skills are key to what Opera does, so we are interested in your ability to think on your feet, arrive at insights, and ask valuable questions while facing pressure, lack of detailed data, and other challenges.

We will most likely present you with a typical business case study question, or perhaps a brainteaser. Approaches vary from interviewer to interviewer, so you can expect to receive a variety of questions assessing various aptitudes.
