The work environment is very fluid, challenging and more often than not, very unstructured as you are dealing with client problems of a different nature each day and trying to find innovative solutions.
We are one-firm both in operation and in essence. We follow the one-firm model while making all staffing decisions. We have continuous interchange of employees across multiple offices depending on client projects and the skill sets needed. We do not limit our talent pool to a geographic location, we believe in leveraging our diversity for the benefit of the client.
There are projects with big teams and there are also projects where you are working in small teams and under pressure to deliver the committed results. Typical growth path looks like the diagram above.
Business Analyst/Associate: Business Analysts are responsible for discrete pieces of analysis that contribute towards solving a client’s business problem.
Problem Solving, attention to detail, quantitative analysis are some of the key skill sets which we look for in this position.
Sr. Associate: Senior Associates play multiple roles on our client engagements. The work involves collaborating with client team members to implement the solution.
Conceptual thinking, structured approach to problem solving, team work and client focus are some of the key skill sets for this position.
Engagement Manager/ Sr. Manager: Manager and Sr. Managers are responsible for leading the team on a day to day basis and addressing client situations while structuring the client deliverables and plan of action to achieve the deliverables.
Client Management, delegation and team management, Negotiation and Presentation are the key skills sets for managers and senior managers.
