There is a mentorship programme in place, which means that each individual is assigned to a mentor and they can turn to their mentor for unbiased career guidance or just a pat on the back!

Mentors are typically senior consultants with experience in client and people management. They serve as your guide right from the day you walk in through the door.

Training is an essential part of the induction process. There are people from diverse backgrounds which make it essential that each one starts from a level ground and training programmes help in ensuring the same. This training is meant to supplement your knowledge and talent in the area. This is an ongoing process and is strengthened each cycle. There is also opportunity for folks who have become expert in certain areas to conduct training in our global offices.

Formal Evaluations are conducted twice a year to ensure that your career goals and achievements are in line with the expectations and the system is recognizing and rewarding results achieved.
