Opera Solutions was formed in 2003 to provide rapid and sustainable financial impact to clients. The founding members of Opera have worked together as a team since 1992 in many successful entrepreneurial ventures. This team comprises of a balanced and experienced mix of management consultants and industry leaders.Since inception, the firm has expanded in all possible dimensions. We have spread our geographic reach far and wide from New York, London and Paris in the United States and Europe to Shanghai and New Delhi in Asia. Our network of offices facilitate the global delivery of results to clients. We continue to add leading financial institutions in the United States and Europe to our client list.
This growth is commensurate with the expansion in Opera's Practice Areas. From generating savings in sourcing of indirect goods and services and applying private equity best practices to investment allocation processes within financial institutions, we have come a long way. We offer analytical solutions to our clients operating in data-rich environments, enabling them to make high-impact decisions pertaining to growth strategy. We also implement business and technology process outsourcing (and offshoring) for clients. Our work encompasses all stages of Global Operating Model construction, from the development of customized blueprints for our clients to Global Operating Model implemention and the capture of previously untapped savings.
